This one, dear old chaps, just has to be in English.  He is so cute, so adorable, so absolute Britishly nice.  I would just have loved to take him home with me.

He remembered our spur of the moment meeting on a terrace in Italy.  He remembered the girls being less tall at the time.  It almost felt like coming across an old time friend.
